With thousands of seats to Hawaii lost due to ATA and Aloha Airlines going out of business it’s good to see an airlines increase their flights to Hawaii. Alaska airlines is announcing that on November 17th it will begin daily Hawaii travel flights from Seattle to Kona and flights from Anchorage, Alaska to Kahului will increase from twice a week to three times a week. This is a great to addition to Delta adding service from Los Angeles to both Lihue and Kona starting in June. Hopefully with more airlines adding flights to Hawaii we will begin to see a decrease in airfare prices and more people coming back to Hawaii for their vacations
