The Outrigger Hotels and Resort is taking over management of the Pacific Beach Hotel starting Jan1.
The Kauai Beach Hotel is now called the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort and welcomed their first customers Oct28.
The Trump International Hotel at Waikiki Beach Walk had attracted 1,500 potential condo buyers. Prices range from $445,000 for a studio to $4.5 million for a three bedroom penthouse.
September occupancy at Hawaii’s hotels was 77.6% which means Hawaii vacations are on the rise.
